High Pressure Processing (HPP) of food consists of submitting packaged food productsto high pressures (up to 6000 bars) transmitted by water.

The application of such high pressure is achieved through the use of complex industrial equipment which has only been developed by a few companies in the world. HPP uses the high-pressure technology of Hiperbaric, a benchmark global supplier who installed in our facilities the world’s most efficient machine, the Hiperbaric 420.
